Delivery Information
Your order will be dispatched directly by us our independent partner brands after you have completed your order through us. If you have ordered from more than one brand, your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.
Delivery times vary from 3-14 days. Normally you receive your order in under 4 business days, no matter where you live. Please keep in mind that deliveries outside Europe may take longer. We usually process orders from Monday to Friday and not on the weekends. Note: Porsche shifters are delivered with UPS Express and normally will reach you in under three business days – globally!
Our return policy lasts 14 days after you have received your product. Please read more on our Return policy page.
We take responsibility for packages that are proven to have been damaged or lost during delivery. However, package losses and damages caused by the consignee or customer are not covered by Scandi Flick Oy. For example, if a consignee outside the EU does not handle the import process with customs in time, we will try our best to get the package back to us safely, but it is still possible that the package may be lost or disposed of.
For most items, the delivery is available to 44 countries and the delivery fees vary between different brands. Delivery fees inside European Union are mostly from 1 euros to 14 euros per brand. Please keep in mind that our prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs, or any other charges applicable to deliveries outside EU. Unfortunately we cannot calculate these costs as there are many different factors that determine the total prices of importing goods from EU. You as a customer outside EU, are responsible for duties and taxes.
Note this exception: We cover taxes and duties on UK orders under 135GPB! We have UK tax ID as it is mandatory for foreign companies selling to UK customers.
You cannot place an order because of there are no delivery options to your country? Feel free to ask for more delivery options by email sales@scandiflick.eu.
There might also be a possibility of getting a bundled delivery price on bigger orders which include multiple brands. How? Contact sales@scandiflick.eu before ordering and ask for an offer!
Example: You order five Cafe Leather products and the delivery costs only 12 euros.
Example 2: You order two DisagrEE products and two Automobilist posters, delivery would be 17 euros.
